Tahini Bliss

Something a little more indulgent- this will definitely help quell pesky junk food cravings! 

 Ingredients: Banana.Tahini.1200x800

  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 heaped tbsp unhulled tahini
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Few drops steivia, optional
  • Scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder (or vanilla bean to taste)
  • 1 tbsp raw pumpkin, chia or hemp seeds or almonds
  • 1-2 cups water
  • Ice

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender with enough ice to make it really chilled, blend and enjoy!
