Something a little more indulgent- this will definitely help quell pesky junk food cravings!
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1 heaped tbsp unhulled tahini
- Cinnamon to taste
- Few drops steivia, optional
- Scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder (or vanilla bean to taste)
- 1 tbsp raw pumpkin, chia or hemp seeds or almonds
- 1-2 cups water
Place all ingredients in a blender with enough ice to make it really chilled, blend and enjoy!
